Hot melt adhesive for bubble express bags and PE express bags is specially designed to provide reliable bonding solutions for packaging materials used in shipping and logistics. This adhesive comes in yellow block form, optimized for bonding kraft paper, pearl film, PE film bubble bags, as well as both new and recycled PE express bags.
With a softening point range of 68–88°C, it melts quickly and provides a stable adhesive film suitable for fast production lines. The melt viscosity is between 900 and 2100 CPS at 180°C, offering flow properties that ensure even coverage without excessive dripping or stringing, which is essential for maintaining clean and efficient packaging operations.
Formulated as a universal adhesive, this hot melt performs consistently throughout the year and adapts well to various environmental conditions. It demonstrates outstanding low-temperature resistance, allowing express bags to remain sealed and intact even in cold climates or refrigerated storage. Additionally, the adhesive is versatile enough to bond materials of varying thicknesses, making it a choice for mixed packaging formats that combine films and paper layers.
